Performix HDw
Performix HDw is a next generation anode-grounded, metal-ceramic x-ray tube. The tube enables improved spatial resolution via dynamic in-plane focal spot deflection and independent control of the focal spot size in both X and Z-axis optimizing the focal spot to deliver consistent beam quality across the full 160mm Z-axis coverage, making it one of the most innovative CT tubes offered today. The design is optimized for exams requiring a large number of scans without tube cooling.
Dynamic Focal Spot Control Translates Into Image Quality
Through dynamic focal spot control, Performix HDw customizes focal spot size to maximize image quality. This technology relies on complex integration between components in the imaging chain to enable:
•Consistent Focal Spot Control, maintaining image quality across images within the acquired dataset
•High mA for Small Focal Spot, bringing exceptional image quality to larger patient scans
•Data Sampling, offering additional information necessary for true anatomy reconstruction by the CT system
•Fast kVp Switching that may enable applications such as dual energy acquisitions
•Outstanding Spatial Resolution, as part of the image chain—along with the Gemstone Detector and Data Acquisition system—delivering spatial resolution improvements

Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
