The GEM Patient Pad Rectangular 1.00” x 3.00” x 14.00” is used for leveling patient position of the uneven surface and area. It is made of urethane material. The material offers very high characteristics like abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, impact resistance and good surface finish ensure long-life span of the levelling pad. The entire composition gives the superior corrosion resistance to the levelling pad. The surface finish is achieved and maintained throughout the surface of the leveling pad. The products excellent surface finish and attractive aesthetic property makes it a perfect replacement part for leveling while installing. The product is a proven design which fits well into demanding applications. The product's superior material quality offers reliable operation, efficient functioning and a longer life span. While a key benefit of this is increased patient comfort and reduced pre-scan times, the flexibility these give the technologist is often overlooked. The GEM pad in the magnetic gantry or patient table consist of various parts such as bridge edge, cradle front, cradle filer, cradle rear, bridge edge, table top, cradle edge, end bell, body coil bore, table bumpers, cradle handle and arm boards.

Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
