Product Overview
The Eagle Trim Knob is used in patient monitoring devices. This part controls the silent alarm, NBP go/stop, graph go/stop, function and power. The trim knob can be rotated in either direction to highlight the parameter label and by pressing the knob one can choose the appropriate option. The knob also has variant control functions and is made of two different materials; Dow Chemical Pellethane and Lexan 940A. The good structural design has been maintained throughout the knob. It is made up of high quality material. Knob material has high impact resistance which has the ability to withstand high intense force or shock. The mechanical property of the material like impact strength and dimensional stability enhances the long-life span of the trim knob. Pellethane is a type of high quality elastomer. It is a polycaprolactone based polyurethane elastomer which is having excellent resistance characteristics. Lexan 940A offers excellent impact resistance, outstanding dimensional stability. It is being used in other medical machines such as DASH 4000, UL Vivid E9, MS DASH 4000, MS DASH 3000, DASH 3000 Refurb, MIC - MFC Intrapartum and MS Solar 8000
Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
